Back in 2012, Insight Labs held a session on behalf of Family Van, a program of Harvard Medical School. We developed a number of ways in which mobile clinics like Family Van could use their particular insights to improve the rest of the health care system. Since then, I’ve explored the subject further in a series of interviews. Good.is recently asked me to adapt one of those interviews into an article.
